The Just difference

We believe that everyone has the right to be paid what they are owed but not at any cost. What is best for debtors is best for creditors and the numbers prove it.

Just has already worked with the government and regulators to make changes for the better

  • Just introduced Virtual Enforcement with the approval of the High Court to help those suffering during the pandemic and beyond. Allowing enforcement visits to take place off-site keeping enforcement officers and customers safe.

  • Just campaigned to ensure enforcement businesses stopped charging V.A.T on enforcement fees. This resulted in clarification from the House of Lords stating creditors should be charged V.A.T rather than customers. Meaning that customers had 20% less to pay improving their financial wellbeing, whilst also allowing creditors to collect more of the principal amount.

  • Just has begun the application process to become a certified B Corporation meaning we will be legally required to consider the impact of our decisions on our workers, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment, becoming a force for good.

  • Just conducted important preliminary research, giving users of enforcement services to have their say on the proposed Enforcement Conduct Authority to insure all public and private stakeholders had their views heard.
