An Arum and Just event – ‘How best to encourage those that can pay to pay, to support public services’

On Wednesday 29 March, Just and Arum held an exclusive event at the House of Commons (hosted by The Baroness Meacher) to discuss how best to encourage those that can pay to pay, to support public services.

Natalie Tate, Just's Chief Operating Officer, spoke about the group of people who can pay, but choose not to or avoid doing so, and how we can use behavioural science to identify this group and use differentiated treatments to encourage them to pay, in order to drive the additional funds our public services need right now.
