Just were headline sponsors of the Utilities & Telecoms Conference & Awards 2021 (part of the Collections & Vulnerability Summit and Vulnerability Awareness Gala, hosted by Credit Strategy).

The conference was chaired by Arum’s Managing Director, Carlos Osorio, and featured presentations by Just’s Natalie Tate (Chief Operating Officer), Nick Georgiades (Managing Director) and Victoria Oliver (Director of Client Development).

Commenting on the day, Natalie said: “What a great event today hosted by the Credit Strategy team. On reflection we think there were 3 big themes prevalent throughout the day.

Firstly, collaboration and the power of partnerships. We loved Michelle Atkinson’s presentation about the innovation seen at United Utilities – through the relationships with tech providers, local charities and fresh thinking to diversify their service offering to support their broad church of customers. Their solutions for customers navigating difficult times was so refreshing to hear.

Secondly – the digital space really taking hold of shaping solutions for creditors – some really interesting content from Mark Wilkinson at Northumbrian water on the use of Open Banking. Furthermore, great debate on the benefits digital engagement can be used to engage with customers and the use of integrator models.

And finally how great to see everyone in person again – long may face to face networking events like this continue – many thanks for the Credit Strategy team.”
