Just nominated for Vulnerable Customer Strategy of the Year at the 2021 Credit Awards

03 November 2021

Just the enforcement market integrator is a finalist for the Vulnerable Customer Strategy of the Year Award at this year’s Credit Awards hosted by Credit Strategy.

Just uses data, analytics, and insights to enhance understanding of the customers who owe money and then implement fair and effective treatment strategies based on their individual circumstances before placing debt.

“At Just we find that the right use of data and intelligence can identify those customers that are vulnerable early in the collections journey – this is both morally the right thing to do but also allows collections and recoveries resource to be focused on those that can pay. Understanding the right treatment, and most appropriate next best action, at every stage of the collections journey is good for the consumer and the creditor alike. Understanding your vulnerable customers can make a tangible difference to their experience.” – Nick Georgiades, Managing Director at Just.

Externally, Just partners with Mind mental health charity and StepChange debt charity to ensure that customers are the first priority in the recoveries process, and that vulnerability is better identified and prioritised.

“We are thrilled to have received this nomination. It validates all the work we have put into protecting and helping vulnerable customers. At Just we believe everyone has the right to be paid what they are owed but not at any cost.” - Natalie Tate, Director of Operations at Just.

The Credit Awards are the flagship awards for the credit and financial services industry and will take place on 14 December 2021. The awards, known as 'the Oscars of the industry', recognise and celebrate innovation, best practice and the hard work of individuals, business divisions and pan-global conglomerates across the entire industry.
