Just. The Enforcement Market Integrator are delighted to announce membership of The Civil Enforcement Association (CIVEA)

CIVEA is the principal trade association representing 40 firms that employ around 2000 certificated enforcement agents operating throughout England and Wales. Collectively, CIVEA members recover almost half a billion pounds in unpaid taxes and fines each year.

By joining CIVEA, Just demonstrates our commitment to delivering the highest standards of enforcement activity and to ensuring that fair and principal-based approaches and outcomes are achieved by all involved.

Together with other members of CIVEA, we hope to share best practice and shape existing policies and processes in civil enforcement as set out by the CIVEA Code of Conduct and Good Practice Guide.

Nick Georgiades, Managing Director of Just welcomed the announcement, stating “We are committed to driving improved standards in the collections, recovery and enforcement sector. Through CIVEA membership, we now hope to continue this journey and demonstrate the public value of responsible debt collection, in line with best practice.”
