Arum Managing Director, Carlos Osorio, takes up Managing Director role at sister company Just

Just is pleased to announce the appointment of Carlos Osorio as its new Managing Director.

 

Nick Georgiades will step down as Managing Director and has been appointed onto the Advisory Board, and will continue to support the Arum and Just businesses. The Board of Directors wishes to thank Nick for the pivotal role he has played in the early incubation of the Just business in its quest to provide a new and innovative service within the industry.

 

Nick commented “I am hugely proud of what we have achieved in the past three years, building Just as a market integrator for the enforcement sector and being recognised and valued by the broader industry, not least of which confirming our position as an approved supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Debt Resolution (DRS) Framework earlier this year. I look forward to being able to continue to support the Just business to achieve continued success in the next stages of its journey.”

Carlos is appointed as Managing Director of both the Arum and Just businesses. Carlos has spent the past 34+ years working in financial services and is a specialist within collections and recoveries; his previous roles include senior positions at TDX Group, NatWest and Capital One. 

Carlos commented, “The team would like to thank Nick for everything he has achieved over the past three years. Developing and growing a new business offering in this industry has not been without its challenges and the progress made is a testament to his skill and perseverance. I am delighted Nick will remain with us in an advisory capacity and continues to be a valued member of the team as we push forward with our growth plans.”
