Renting of authority in High Court enforcement must stop

04 November 2019

Find out more from Dominic Briggs, Just's Managing Director, about how we are driving this change.

"There's been a lot of public criticism about the way authorised High Court Enforcement Officers effectively rent their authority. A Writ gives an awful lot of power and authority for an individual, and it's really important that that authority is controlled and managed every step of the process. What we do at Just is build our business around the fact that our single authorized High Court enforcement Officer is both a director and a shareholder, and there's visibility of every action that every agent takes, all the way through the process."
