Just is pleased to announce that it has been shortlisted for three awards at the Credit Strategy Utilities & Telecoms Awards 2023, part of the Vulnerability Awareness Gala.
The first award is Best Vulnerable Customer Support Initiative, following the creation and implementation of the Doorstep Vulnerability Toolkit and Just Breathe, both of which are revolutionary to the enforcement and wider credit industries. These two offerings aim to help identify and appropriately support vulnerable customers and provide the best outcomes for both them and clients.
Additionally, in partnership with Severn Trent Water, Just has been shortlisted for both Transformation Programme of the Year and Water Team of the Year, for their work on using enhanced account segmentation to exclude vulnerable customers, whilst more accurately identifying those customers with the ability to pay.
Natalie Tate, Chief Operating Officer at Just, commented on the award shortlisting, “The Doorstep Vulnerability Toolkit was developed to raise the bar in what best practice can look like with regards to all aspects of face-to-face debt collection. Empowering agents with industry-leading training and conversational protocols tailored exactly to the unique circumstances agents can find themselves in, as well as extensive signposting capabilities, are all building blocks of making this industry better.
Similarly, through our work with Severn Trent Water, we are improving how we gather, use and analyse data for greater accuracy in the resolution of accounts in arrears and the identification of vulnerable customers. For consumers, creditors and our enforcement agents, this is a great start in demonstrating the difference we want to make. It is an honour to be shortlisted for these awards.”
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Wednesday 11 October in Manchester.
