The Just team attended the IRRV Spring Conference & Exhibition in Leeds.
This year's conference had three separate streams running throughout the conference: one focusing on Welfare Benefits, one on Revenues and Enforcement, and the other on Fraud & Investigation. The main themes throughout the conference focused on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the current cost of living crisis much of the UK is facing.
It was great to be able to spend time speaking to those working through these issues, as well as be able to contribute to better outcomes for local authorities and their customers alike. Thank you to the IRRV for a stellar conference, we look forward to the annual conference at the end of the year!
