Our Network

Just is the enforcement market integrator. We provide you with access to enforcement agencies that cover every square inch of England and Wales. We drive the strategy, manage the processes and monitor compliance. We ensure that the money owed has the absolute best chance of recovery.

We are data agnostic and constantly review new data sources to assess the value they can add to our processes.

We use a range of data sources from a range of suppliers to ensure that we have full, and broad, coverage of consumer and company data this ensures that our processes and strategies are constantly developing to deliver best value.

In times of rapid change we recognised that recency of data is key and have built exclusive partnerships with AccountScore (FCA-authorised Open Banking transaction analytics to enable suitable payment plans and the ongoing management) and Validis (the UK's first digital accounting integration platform that analyses a business and its availability to pay).

We have a panel of litigation partners with a range of specialisms that can deal with high volume caseloads and very specialist or complex cases, which allows our customers to access litigation services without additional procurement and purchasing requirements. Litigation partners can join The Just Hub if they are also a provider of litigation to one of our customers or can apply direct.

We have selected the best available enforcement agencies to cover every square inch of England and Wales. We complete the pre-enforcement process of data append, propensity scoring, vulnerability detection, trace and the issue of the notice of enforcement and collections.

We only pass the case for an enforcement visit where this is required to obtain payment or remove goods for sale. All enforcement action is paid for by the debtor and not our customers, and only the non-successful compliance stage fee of £75 + VAT is payable by the customer (only for High Court Writs) should the entire process lead to non-success, something we desperately try to avoid by using the propensity processes.

We appoint one enforcement agency per region and split the county into ten areas. Some agencies can perform in two areas if they have significant capacity. Our enforcement suppliers have worked for some of the largest creditors and government departments for many years and are incredibly experienced. If, however, an agency performs poorly or fails compliance audits, they are removed from the Hub and replaced by another and can't re-apply to operate for at least twelve months.

Our panel members are chosen based on four critical criteria:

  • The quality of their consumer focus and enforcement processes;
  • Their accreditations and qualification to act;
  • Their location in the UK; and
  • Their specialism.

Our suppliers employ certificated enforcement agents. They operate to a single set of standards and are monitored by our compliance teams and auditors. Our Quality Team conducts spot checks, call listening, account audits and activity reviews in addition to regular site visits to ensure the highest level of service. Our technology captures data on the activities that are undertaken; for example, visits that are made and the time of day ensuring the highest level of service, enforcement activity is undertaken in-line with the National Standards for Enforcement Agents, using this data we can also focus our audit and compliance on areas of greatest risk, right down to individual enforcement agents.

If you want to apply to become a panel member, email us at subscribe@just-dm.co.uk. Applicants will be contacted within 48 hours of their initial enquiry and application to acceptance takes on average nine weeks.
