Our approach to regulation
We appoint suppliers that are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for debt recovery and the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for litigation. The provision of enforcement is self-regulated, so we ensure all suppliers are members of the right trade associations and have committed to the Government's National Standards for Enforcement Agents
