Our fees
We have done everything we can to make our fee structure clear, transparent and very competitive.
We charge on a ‘no collection – no fee' basis – also known as ‘no win-no fee’. This means we carry all the risk and unless we are successful you do not pay a penny.
We charge a flat fee of 10% of whatever we recover for you plus V.A.T. We will accept invoices of any size but our minimum fee is £150 plus V.A.T.
We do not have headline rates and then add hidden extras down the track. What you see is what you get - simple. If court proceedings need to be issued (rare) then we will discuss the associated costs when we get there but our goal is to settle invoices amicably and quickly.
Discounts are available for submitting to us bulk / volume debts and if you like what you have read about our service but think you may have a better deal elsewhere then please give us the chance to ‘beat’ it.
