We treat each client individually and cases on a case-by-case basis. You may have noticed that there are wealth of companies which are akin to factories in their approach to ‘turning over’ cases. We think we can do better.
We firmly believe that there is a need in the marketplace for a personalised approach and that whoever acts for you should understand your business objectives. This is why we offer a dedicated account manager.
You will have access to the person dealing with your claim whenever you want to discuss it. We believe this is what makes us different. We will not use technology to encourage you to stop calling us but want to enhance your business in a hand-in-hand basis. Your account manager will be straight forward, open and clear about all the issues and discuss the exact cost up front. Collections can, at times, be commercially sensitive and we will cater for every case. Your account manager will deal with the recovery every step of the way and be sensitive to your commercial relationships.
We do not try to tie-in our clients and you do not have to sign a contract with us. You can work with us on your terms.
High ethical standards are very important to us. We are dedicated to finding creative solutions to debt payment. If a debtor is struggling to pay a debt then a nasty letter may only aggravate matters. We are committed to promoting your reputation as much as our own.
